A new video shows Raja and Sonam Raghuvanshi trekking in Meghalaya, believed to be their last moments together before Raja’s murder.

Days after the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case sent shockwaves across the country, a new video, showing the Indore couple trekking in Meghalaya, has surfaced.
The video is believed to be Raja and Sonam’s Raghuvanshi’s last video together, before Raja was murdered and Sonam went absconding.
According to the details, the video was shot by another person who was trekking in the same area.
The video, shared by CNN-News18’s sister channel, News18 Hindi, showed Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi in a forest area, walking with several others.
Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi, who got married in Indore on May 11, arrived in Meghalaya for their honeymoon on May 20.
They were reported missing on May 23.
The police recovered Raja Raghuvanshi’s body from a gorge in Meghalaya on June 2, while his wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, remained missing.
She was traced and arrested from Uttar Pradesh’s Ghazipur in the early hours of June 9.
Subsequently, her alleged lover, Raj Kushwaha, and three others – believed to be hitmen who executed Raja Raghuvanshi- were also arrested.
Upon her arrest, Sonam claimed she was drugged, abducted, and abandoned in Ghazipur. However, the police said she had surrendered in the case.
The accused in the case were handed over to the Meghalaya Police, who were probing the other angles in the case.
Later, it was known that Sonam, in police custody, had confessed to her involvement in husband Raja Raghuvanshi’s murder.
